Welcome to Blueridge Mountain Cabin! We're thrilled to have you as our guest. To ensure a fantastic stay for everyone, please take a moment to review these friendly house rules.
Acceptance of Terms:
By remitting the down payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Blueridge Mountain Cabin House Rules in their entirety. This constitutes a binding agreement between you and Blueridge Mountain Cabin.
General Guidelines
Check-in and Check-out:
a. To ensure your room is perfectly prepared, check-in time begins promptly at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM for rooms and 12:00 PM for the entire cabin rental. We appreciate your understanding that early check-ins are unavailable.
b. Please do not exceed the number of guests originally checked in. A fine of P1,500 will be applied for each extra person or any overnight guest.
c. For guests without pets, the minimum security deposit is P1,000. This is required upon check in.
For guests with pets, to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we have a pet-friendly policy that includes a security deposit of P1,000 per pet. This deposit helps cover potential cleaning costs associated with your furry friend. If no extra cleaning is needed, the deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out.
Keeping Things Tidy:
a. We kindly ask that you follow our "clean as you go" policy. This simply means leaving all areas as you found them – clean and tidy. If additional cleaning is needed, a fee of P600 will be applied per incident.
b. To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, please refrain from leaving personal belongings in the common areas.
c. For your comfort, smoking is permitted in the garden, the 2nd and 3rd floor verandas, and the garage (as long as it is 50 feet away from the generator).
We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking indoors, in the washrooms, bedrooms, and common living spaces.
This house rule aligns with the city ordinance of Baguio, which we appreciate your cooperation in following.
We love our plants, please refrain from using our planters as your ashtray.
Common Areas:
To ensure the comfort of all our guests, please include the number of drivers and househelp when confirming your reservation.
We kindly request that you arrange separate sleeping accommodations for them, as our common areas such as the living room, garden, and veranda are reserved for the enjoyment of all guests.
Peaceful Evenings:
a. To respect everyone's rest, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Let's keep things peaceful during this time. Please be aware that any disturbance resulting in complaints to the local authorities will incur fines: P1,000 for the first offense, P3,000 for the second offense, and P5,000 for the third offense. These fines are set by the Local City Government and will be the responsibility of the guest.
b. To ensure the tranquility of our property during the evenings, we kindly request that you refrain from hosting events or gatherings within the main guest areas.
If you are planning a special occasion, we encourage you to contact our booking team. They will be happy to assist you with alternative arrangements, such as utilizing our Craft Burgers' Al fresco dining area or exploring options for private house rentals. These options will allow you to celebrate while ensuring the comfort of all our valued guests.
Taking Care of Our Cabin:
a. Please be mindful of the cabin and its contents. You're responsible for any damages caused by you, your children, or your furry friends. We'll simply ask for reimbursement for repairs or To ensure the tranquility of our property during the evenings, we kindly request that you refrain from hosting events or gatherings within the main guest areas.
If you are planning a special occasion, we encourage you to contact our booking team. They will be happy to assist you with alternative arrangements, such as utilizing our Craft Burgers' Al fresco dining area or exploring options for private house rentals. These options will allow you to celebrate while ensuring the comfort of all our valued guests.

Safety First:
a. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability: You understand and agree that your stay at Blueridge Mountain Cabin is at your own risk. Blueridge Mountain Cabin, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur during your stay, whether to yourself, your children, your pets, or your property. This includes, but is not limited to, accidents resulting from negligence, acts of nature, or any other unforeseen circumstances. You hereby release Blueridge Mountain Cabin from any and all claims arising from such incidents.
b. We want everyone to be safe, so please keep a watchful eye on children and pets inside and outside the cabin. When outside, please leash or safely secure your pets.
Pet Etiquette:
a. We love having pets at the cabin! To make their stay comfortable for everyone, we ask that you keep them diapered indoors (we have some available for purchase if you need). Please also clean up after them right away to avoid any extra charges.
b. To ensure a paw-sitive experience for all our furry guests, we recommend keeping pets separated as some may be a bit shy or territorial. Pet owners are responsible for their pet's behavior at all times.
In-House Treats:
a. Feel free to enjoy our complimentary snacks and drinks! They're our treat for you, but please note that they are intended for consumption within the cabin. Taking them to go is discouraged and may result in an unfavorable social media review.
In-House Bar:
a. Feel free to enjoy our in-house bar! We have a selection of drinks and snacks available for purchase. To make checkout a breeze, please take a quick photo of the items you take and send it to us on Messenger. This helps us track your bill accurately. If you forget to send a photo, no worries, we'll just refer to the CCTV footage.
Our Commitment to Freshness & Your Comfort (Linen & Towel Policy)
At Blueridge Mountain Cabin, your comfort, safety, and hygiene are paramount. We take immense pride in our exacting cleanliness standards.
For every arriving guest, we ensure a completely fresh set of bed linens (bed sheet, blanket, and pillowcases). These are meticulously changed and professionally laundered in our industrial-grade washing machines and dryers after every single guest checks out, regardless of whether their stay was for one night or many.
This rigorous process guarantees that the linens on your bed are impeccably clean and hygienic upon your arrival.
Therefore, a request for a mid-stay change of bed linens is typically unnecessary unless an accidental spillage or soiling occurs.
Should you still require or prefer additional changes during your stay, please note the following:
* Bed Linen Change (Mid-Stay Request):
* A complete change of bed linens (one bed sheet, one blanket, and pillowcases for one bed) during your stay is available upon request.
* Fee: Php 600 per bed set.
* Towel Change:
* Complimentary Change: For guests staying two nights or longer, a complimentary towel change will be provided after the 2nd night of your stay.
* Requested Change (for stays less than 2 nights or additional changes):
Should you require a fresh towel before the complimentary change on the 2nd night, or for any stay shorter than two nights, a fee will apply.
* Fee: Php 75 per towel requested.
Parking:
Free Indoor Parking: We have one indoor parking space available at no charge. This spot is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and availability cannot be guaranteed.
Paid Parking (Limited Availability): Because free parking can be unpredictable, we've partnered with our neighbor to offer a limited number of reserved parking spaces on their property. This ensures you have a guaranteed spot for your vehicle throughout your stay. To help cover the cost of this added convenience, there is a nominal fee per day for this optional service.
P200 per night for smaller vehicles - Compact cars, 5 seater sedans
P400 per night for larger vehicle - Pick up trucks, SUVs, and 7 seater vehicles.
Disclaimer: While our guaranteed parking option ensures a space for your vehicle, please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your vehicle while parked on the property.
Reservation, Rebooking, and Cancellation Policy:
* Need to change your plans? No problem! You can rebook your stay up to 45 days before your arrival date, and we won't charge you any extra fees as long as the rate for the rebooking date is the same. (Other months have different room rates).
* If you need to rebook or cancel within 30 to 44 days of your scheduled booking, we will keep 50% of your deposit.
* Unfortunately, rebooking and cancellation 29 days or less before your arrival means your deposit will be forfeited.
